R. A. Whipple
FOUNDER
R. A. Whipple is a veteran public relations counsellor from Canada and a
leading voice in the advocacy for both licensing practitioners and the
adoption of financial ROI in standard measures of effectiveness. He was
elected to serve two terms as Public Relations Director at 24 years of age
for the Advertising and Sales Executive Club of Montreal, the Canadian
precursor of the PRSA and the world’s leading association for PR
professionals.
In subsequent years, R.A. has counselled organizations ranging in size
from SME to Fortune 50 in both profit and non-profit sectors. His
expertise in the communications process is privileged by his knowledge of
Marshall McLuhan’s Laws of Media, social psychology, consumer behaviour,
organisational and group dynamics, and managerial accounting. A
university drop out, he is a proponent of applied process learning. His
personal mentors include the late Edward Bernays, the "Father of PR."
